In the year in which we celebrate 115 years of existence, we are proud to inform the public that, following the approval of the Commission for the Protection of Competition, Mladost has successfully completed the acquisition of the Neimar Zrenjanin factory — a company with a long tradition and a recognizable presence on both the domestic and international markets. The takeover of the factory and the commencement of activities are planned for June 2026.
This acquisition represents an important strategic step forward in further strengthening the capacity, modernization, and long-term development of the Mladost company. We will strive to preserve the values that Neimar has carried throughout decades of operations.
